Richard Allen “Hot Wheels” Worsham, 62, of Baton Rouge, passed from this life on Monday, March 7, 2016, at his home. Rick loved motorcycle riding and fast car racing. Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 10, at Prosperity Baptist Church with the Revs. Gary Wagoner and Daniel Hixon officiating. Interment followed in the Bethel Methodist Cemetery of Deville under direction of Magnolia Funeral Home of Alexandria. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd L. Worsham; mother, Ruby Pearl Crooks Chevallier; grandparents, John W. and Gertrude Crooks and David and Susie Worsham. Survivors include his brothers, Lloyd L. Worsham, Jr and wife Theresa, and Robert R. Worsham and wife Kathy; sisters, Sue Phillips Nation and husband Billy, and Linda King and husband Jimmy; nieces and nephews, Angie Strickland, Cheryl Joiner, Jennifer Worsham Silva, Amber Norris, Jeffery L. Bento, Jason Worsham, Larry Chevallier and Nicholas Bento; and numerous other relatives and friends. Pallbearers were Jason Worsham, John Joiner, Trae Jones, Jeffery Bento, Nick Bento and Austin King. Honorary pallbearers were Kenneth Chevallier, Jack Sandifer, Steve Poole and J.R. Compton.
