Brian Richard Wise, 45, of Olla, entered his heavenly home on Saturday, January 18, 2020.
He was born December 3, 1974 in West Monroe.
A member of Standard Baptist Church, Brian enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing, and especially loved spending time with his family.
Services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Standard Baptist Church north of Olla with the Revs. Shad Tibbs and Marvin Tabora officiating.
Interment followed in the Sharon Cemetery in Sikes under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla/Columbia.
He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Felicia Marie Wise; his grandmother, Vada Marie Schriner; his mother-in-law, Brenda Taylor; and his niece, Ashley Taylor.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Rhonda Prudhomme Wise; his sons, Cullen Wise and wife Sydney and Austin Wise; his daughter, Kaitlin Clark and husband, Dustin; his granddaughter, Ellie Brynn Clark; his father, Ricky Wise (Wanda); his mother, Sally Smith (Petey); his sister, Summer Wise Coody (Steve), and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Eli Stringer, Joey Prudhomme, Gavin Prudhomme, James Monroe Taylor, Matt Murphy, Rodney Murphy, John Ingles, and Jeff Parker.
Honorary pallbearers were Steve Coody, and Chris Ingles.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in New Orleans.
