
Norah Demaris Coleman, 91, of Jena, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016, in Jena. She was born Wednesday, November 5, 1924 in Nebo, to the union of her parents, John Wesley and Penta V. Jeter Collins. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 25, in the Jena Cemetery with Rev. Dominick DiCarlo officiating. Interment followed under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Jay Coleman; her parents; a daughter, Diane Miller Lasyone; brothers, Truman Collins, Baker Collins, Sam Collins and Ruppert Wilson; sisters, Daisy C. Skinner, Carol Collins, Johnnie C. Yeager and Margie C. Walker. Survivors include two sons, John Allen Coleman and wife Griselda McGee and Raymond Jay Coleman and wife Mary Gray; two special nieces, Grace Collins Sullivan and Melissa Walker Roy.
