
John “Jeff” Keith, 66, of Jonesville, passed from this life on Monday, July 21, 2014, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 24, at Good Road Pentecostal Church of Jonesville with the Revs. Corey Bruce, Robert Bradley, Chad Franklin and Bryan Taylor officiating. Interment followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Manifest under direction of Magnolia Funeral Home of Alexandria. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Weston Brown; parents, Albert and Eunice Keith; siblings, Earl K. Keith, Robert Keith, Floyd Keith, Geraldine Shipley, Linda Faye Adams, and Betty Jo Keith; and his in-laws, Pete and Francis Whatley.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Keith; son, Jeffery Keith and wife Amanda of Jonesville; daughters, Rhonda Brown and husband Wesley of Jonesville, and Jessie Bradley and husband Brad of Harrisonburg; grandchildren, Ashley Brown and Kelsey Brown, both of Jonesville; Leah, Lacie and Jase, all of Jonesville; Ali Bradley of Harrisonburg, and Cameron Luss of Jonesville; brothers, Albert Keith of Ferriday, William Keith of Magnolia, MS, James Keith of Elma, WA, and Jimmy Keith of Monroe; sisters, Odeal Edwards of Moses Lake, WA and Billie Hagan of Monroe. Pallbearers were Jimmy Whatley, Randy Whatley, Donny Whatley, Michael Whatley, Brent Brown, Jerry
Gentry, Justin Neal, and Leslie Brown. Nephews served as honorary pallbearers
