Helen Ford Boyd, 66, of Jonesville, passed from this life on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center in Alexandria.
Helen loved being the life of the party. She loved her church, singing and taking care of her family. Most of all she loved her husband Billy.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, at Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church in the Sandy Lake Community with Brothers Joel Ford, Claude Chaney, Daniel Cole, and Rusty Hathcock officiating.
Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery of Rhinehart under direction of Magnolia Funeral Home of Alexandria.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Loretta Arnae Boyd; grandparents, Elekial and Lettie Ford; parents, Thelma and Alton Ford; sisters, Gloria Jean Tomlinson, Alene Tolbert and Pam Ford.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Billy Boyd of Jonesville; daughter, Tracie Charrier and husband Virgil of Nederland, TX; daughter, Tamera Cole and husband Danny of Trout; grandchildren, Brooklyn Delaney and husband Eric of Nederland, TX, Hannah Holomon of Nederland, TX, LCPL Morgan Charrier of Camp LeJeune, NC, William David Cole, Ranen Cole of Trout; great grandchildren, Brilynd, Aryannah, Addalynn, Jasper and Ember Rose; sister, Tammy Renea Smith of Jonesville; sister-in-law, Thelma Creel of Jonesville; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Creel, Tyler Creel, Tray Gray, Jason Tomlinson, Branton Crawford, Rodney Wiley, Jesse Smith and Louie Brown.
Honorary pallbearers will be Cleveland Tolbert, Jeff Gray, Kyle Smith and Larry Creel.
