
Rebecca Lynn Coleman Forrest, 59, of Jena, was received into Heaven on Tuesday, December 10, 2019.
She was born August 5, 1960 in Kimball, Nebraska to the union of Warren Douglas “W.D.” and Linda June (Horn) Coleman.
Rebecca was a woman of Christian faith and loved researching and studying the Bible and often journaled from the Word, and hymns.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12, in the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home in Jena with Rev. Steve Jones officiating.
Interment followed in the Woodland Cemetery, east of Jena, under direction of Kinner and Stevens, Inc. of Jena.
Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Krystal Forrest Redfern (Chris) and Lacie Forrest; one sister, Charlene Carter; two brothers, Douglas Coleman (Janet) and David Coleman (Rebecca); five grandchildren, April, Greggory, Mark Redfern, Hannah Redfern, Luke Forrest and Mia Forrest; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were David Coleman, Chris Moore, Mark Redfern, Scott Thiels, Andrew Thiels, and Joey McCann.
