
Mavis E. Randall, 85, of Aimwell, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 28, 2019, at the LaSalle Nursing Home of Jena.
She was born May 12, 1934 to the union of her parents, Elic and Martha Weeks.
Mrs. Randall was a member of Aimoch Baptist Church in Aimwell, where she was a Sunday school teacher . She enjoyed sewing, quilting and working in her garden. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 29, at Aimoch Baptist Church in the Aimoch Community with the Revs. Bobby McGuire and Donnie Stevenson officiating.
Interment followed in the Randall Cemetery near Aimwell under direction of Rush Funeral Home of Pineville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, John Weeks; one sister, Barbara Ganey; one son, Charles Randall; and one grandson, Logan Randall.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of 66 years, Calvin Coolidge Randall of Aimwell; one son, Tommy Randall; three daughters, Pam Smith, Anna Tate and Dorothy Dayton; and a multitude of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Will Dayton, Charlie Finlay, Landon Thompson and Scott Randall.
