Beverly Mae Sanson, 63, of Aimwell, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, in Alexandria. She was born September 3, 1951 in Natchez, Mississippi to the union of Para Lea and Albert Lane Wyant. Beverly was a resident of the Aimwell Community and a member of Dunbarton Baptist Church. Services were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 5, at the Aimwell Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby McGuire officiating. Interment followed in the
Old Catahoula Cemetery of Aimwell under direction of Young’s Funeral Home of Jonesville. Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Elbert Lane Sanson of Aimwell; daughter, Ramona Ogden and husband John of West Monroe; son, Neil Sanson and wife Dawn of Enterprise; son, Brad Sanson of Collinston; daughter, Amanda Edwards and husband Harry, and daughter, Michelle Downer, all of Jena; two brothers, Kenneth Wyant and Michael Wyant; and two sisters, Lois McGuffee and Deborah McCormack. Pallbearers were Wayne Wyant, Wes McGuffee, Steven Hawkins, Elvyn Frank, Dustin Ogden, and Tyler Ogden.
