Ulila Masters Wilson, 91, of Jena, passed from this life on Monday, June 30, 2014. She was born August 22, 1922 to the union of her parents, Esbon Baker and NeppieObedia Sharp Masters. Mrs. Wilson served as a
cook for Golden Age Nursing Center in Jena for many years. Services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 3, at the Whitehall United Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Joey Paul, L. J. Wilson, Danny Wilson and Rickey Wilson officiating. Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Wilson; two sons, Jimmy Wilson and Don Wilson; her
parents; four sisters, Elliouse Reeves, Opal Vickeair, Una Vee Lunsford and Marie Williams; and two brothers, Wilbourn Masters and Cary Masters. Survivors include two sons, Leonard Wilson of Belah and Rickey Wilson of Alexandria; two sisters, Myra Spears and Alda Dupre, both of Jena; 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Danny Wilson, Darrell Randall, Cort Paul, Dylan Paul, James
White, and Alex Paul.
