Scott Winfield Flower, 86, of the Sharptown Community near Jena, passed from this life on Friday, June 6, 2014. He was born on Sunday, February 19, 1928 in Portage, Wisconsin to the union of Frank and Maude Calkins Flower. Services were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 10, in the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena with Rev. Curtis Thornton officiating. Interment followed in the Tidwell Cemetery in the Sharptown Community under direction of Kinner and Stevens, Inc. of Jena. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Pamela Johnson; four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife of over 60 years, Ramona Ann Walker Flower of the Sharptown Community; three sons, Dean Flower of Milwaukee, WI, David Flower of Grafton, WI, and Dale Flower of Jena; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jim Randall, Buddy Dupree, Chevy Thornton, Johnny Wayne Bradford, Lester Francis, and Donny Richardson
