Frederick Dale Nash, 72, of Trout, passed from this life on Sunday, April 14, 2013, at Riverside Hospital of Louisiana in Alexandria. He was born on August 25, 1940, and was employed as a switcher for Shelby Loe Oil Company of Tullos. Mr. Nash was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara “Tony” Nash; and mother, Alma Hamby. Survivors include two daughters, Lindi Randall of Jena and Tracie Jones of Trout; one son, Steven Nash of Santa Fe, NM; a sister, Shirley Sinclair of Gulfport, MS; a brother, Billy Gibson of Houston, MO; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
