Frances Louise Nugent Enterkin, 82, of Olla, passed from this life on Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
She was born March 21, 1938 at Rochelle to the union of her parents, Odis Homer Nugent and Lessie Bell Long Nugent.
Frances was a dedicated member of Clarks Baptist Church. She loved her church family and they loved her. She cherished her time with her friends there.
For many years, Frances and her late husband, Rev. J. D. Enterkin, served many churches in the area where he was pastor.
Services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24, at Standard Baptist Church near Olla with Rev. Jack McKeithen officiating.
Interment will follow in the Olla Cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Rev. J. D. Enterkin; and their infant son.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Lori Douglas (Randy) of Olla, and Debi Martin (Brad) of Vicksburg, MS; grandchildren, Michael Walton (Reba), Kade Bradford, Kaitlyn Baker, Hunter Martin, Coley Martin, Gage Martin, and Annslee Martin; great-grandchildren, Tyson, Kaylee, River, Zoey, Mason and Baylor.
