Billy D. Boyd, 87, of Jena, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at the Jena Nursing and Rehab Center in Jena.
He was born July 26, 1933.
Billy was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He was a member of East Jena Baptist Church, served his country in the United States Army and worked for Justiss Oil Company for 35 years.

Interment followed in Jackson Cemetery, also known as Hair Cemetery, near Jena, under direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory of Ball.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Orvalynn Willis Boyd; a daughter, Nancy McCool; a brother, Carlos “Mickey” Boyd; sister-in-law, Cynthia Bryan; and a brother-in-law, Jimmy Willis and wife Sue.
