Donald Seth LeMay, 82, of Jonesville, passed from this life on Sunday, July 5, 2020, in the Haven Nursing Home of Columbia.
He was born Friday, April 1, 1938 in Stamps, Arkansas to the union of his parents, Bennie Samuel LeMay and Ruby Brown LeMay.
Services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, at Pine Hill Baptist Church near Olla with Brothers Chase Weeks and Cory Fowler officiating.
Interment followed in the Pine Hill Church Cemetery near Olla under direction of Young’s Funeral Home of Jonesville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Peggy Phillips LeMay; and three brothers, Allen LeMay, Tim LeMay and Tillman LeMay.
Survivors include three daughters, Debra DeVaux and husband Brian of Kelly, Teresa Peoples of Oakdale, and Shelia Ford of Winnsboro; one son, Steve LeMay of Manifest; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Mike McCartney, C. H. Boyd, Tim Clark, Jeff Wyles, Eric Woodward and Chad Deville.
