Russell Corbett Reeder, 60, of Summerville, passed from this life on Saturday, December 22, 2018, from injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident near Olla.

He was born May 28, 1958 in Alexandria to the union of his parents, Corbett Reeder and Jessie “Jack” Boyd Reeder.

Interment followed in the Summerville Baptist Church Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Johnny Reeder.

Those left to cherish in his memory include his son, James Reeder and wife Jacey of Aimwell; daughter, Michelle Smith and husband Casey of Olla; brothers, Michael Reeder and wife Jackie of Cabot, AR, Billy “Spooky” Reeder of Jena, and Darryl Reeder and wife LaRae of Jena; and sisters, Delores Cooper and husband Bob of Summerville, and Jackie Hooter and husband Clifford of Jena; four grandchildren, Tavin Reeder, Elijah Reeder, Corbett Smith and Emmalee Reeder.
