Sarah Savoy Berryman Wiggins, 59, of Winnsboro, and a native of LaSalle Parish, passed from this life on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at her residence in Winnsboro.
She was born June 13, 1958 in Pineville to the union of her parents, Edwin Earl Savoy and Mildred LaVerne Keene Savoy.
Sarah was a homemaker.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with Rev. Jeff Hurst officiating.
Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc. of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Martha Savoy; and brother, Edwin Earl Savoy, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert Wiggins of Winnsboro; son, Tanner Wiggins and wife Jessie M. of Winnsboro; daughters, Samantha Greeson and husband Gregory of EL Dorado, AR, Shana Arden and husband Joseph of Harleton, TX and Jessie N. Wiggins of Winnsboro; sister, Priscilla Scott and husband David of Vivian, and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Skyler Greeson, Keegan Arden, Xavier Greeson, Beau Hill, Gregory Greeson, Jeremy Rhyne and Tanner Wiggins.
